Beyond the contact form on this website, cmwebs also carries out business-to-business (B2B) cold outreach. This section explains how we handle personal data in that context.
(a) Where we get your data. We collect professional (business) contact details, such as your name, business email address, job title, company name, and public professional profile, from publicly available sources and from third-party B2B data providers (for example, Apollo.io). We do not collect private or non-professional data for outreach.
(b) Why we use it. We use these professional contact details solely to send targeted B2B communications about our automation services to businesses that are plausibly relevant to what we offer. We do not sell your data or use it for consumer advertising.
(c) Legal basis. We process this data on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and the equivalent basis under the UK GDPR and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, nFADP/revDSG) in promoting our B2B services to relevant businesses. We balance this interest against your rights and only contact professional, business-related addresses.
(d) Who processes this data. To run our outreach, professional contact data may be processed by the following data processors:

(f) How to opt out. You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any outreach email, by using the unsubscribe link where provided, or by emailing cristian@getcmwebs.com. We will suppress your details from all future outreach.
(g) Retention. We keep outreach contact data only for as long as it is relevant to potential B2B communication, and no longer than 24 months from the last meaningful interaction, after which it is deleted. If you opt out, we retain the minimum information necessary (a suppression record) purely to ensure we do not contact you again.

Upon termination of service, we disconnect all OAuth connections and cease any automated access to your accounts within 5 business days.
