Transcript emailed to trigger
After the meeting, Otter.ai sends the transcript to a dedicated email address. Zapier detects this email and extracts the transcript text.

Claude processes the content
Claude reads the full transcript and produces: a 3-line executive summary, key decisions made, and a numbered list of action items with owner and deadline.

Saved to Notion
A new page is created in your Notion meeting log, titled with the date and meeting name, formatted and ready to share with participants.
