You label an email thread in Gmail (e.g. 'awaiting-reply'). This signals Zapier to start watching it.

Zapier monitors for a reply
If no reply comes within your set timeframe (e.g. 3 days), Zapier triggers the follow-up sequence.

Claude writes the follow-up
Claude generates a natural, personalised follow-up based on the original email thread, not a generic template.

Sequence continues if needed
If still no reply, a second follow-up goes out after another interval. The sequence stops automatically the moment the prospect replies.
