Connect Gmail to Zapier

You click 'Connect Gmail' inside Zapier. A Google window opens, you log in normally, click Allow. Zapier receives a secure token, your password is never shared.

Set your trigger

You configure which emails should trigger the automation: all incoming, or only those matching a label, sender domain, or subject keyword.

Claude reads and writes

Zapier sends the email content to Claude via API. Claude understands the context and drafts a reply in your tone, you define the style once in the prompt.

Reply sent or drafted

The reply is sent automatically, or saved as a Gmail draft for your review. You choose the level of automation you're comfortable with.
